Miss Martian - YJ GIF

This is a GIF of the progression of my Miss Martian drawing As I said before I was kinda in a hurry to get the lineart posted or I would have more frames. At least a scan of the inks before I erased the pencils.

1st pic:
As always, it starts off with the original sketch. The drawing took up pretty much the entire sheet of paper. Where her hand and foot are cut off, and the tip of her cape on the left side, are the edges of the paper.

2nd pic:
I really liked how the sketch came out so I didn't change anything with the inks. I did make her eyes slightly bigger. And the trend in comics for the past decade seem to be not to flash panties of superheroines with skirts (even though I believe Miss Martian is wearing a leotard) so I added a simple line to indicate she was NOT "going commando" Normally, when I run out of room on the sheet of paper I would draw the rest of the character (or character's body parts) on a separate sheet. But there was plenty of room to draw her hand and foot on the same sheet. Then just needed a little copy/pasting.

3rd pic:
The final lineart. Didn't spend as much time cleaning the lines as I normally do. I lowered her mouth a little. And I realized I had drawn her left arm smaller than her right. Not a big deal really, most people's left arm is smaller than their right. Even mine, and I'm left handed But I just needed to balance it out anyway, so I took the entire line of the bottom of her left arm (from her glove to armpit) and moved it just slightly so it better matched her right arm.
