Here are the final colors for my Padawans pic. Still need to do the background and all the Dark Jedi surrounding them.

You're getting there!
Sorry for not coloring any of your stuff (Twi'lek) lately, I've been busy at work. (+ finishing my SW fic)

I would suggest that you try work with both hard and fussy brushes. The hard ones can really give some life and texture to cloth, hair ect. Takes a way the sightly shiny/synthetic feeling.

Wee! I just got the Old Republic comic books I ordered today. Quite the inspiration. ^^

Cool. Like I said, no need to rush the coloring. While I very much like to see them, I'm not going anywhere so I can wait ;)

Speaking of your fanfic, I need to get back to it, which I actually started reading a couple weeks back (and what I've read is very good) and I think I was halfway done with CH 4 last time I was reading. Then I got a little distracted with other things, and now of course the new Potter book.

And I think it is time to I started experimenting with the paint brushes on my Paint Shop. I usually use just the airbrush to do shading and highlights, and since the way I ink my drawings allows me to fill-in the colors rather than paint them, I hardly ever use the paint brush. Maybe I should start.

Thanks for the suggestion. And that's great about the comics. I need to start saving up as well, I want to start getting Old Republic, Rebellion, Legacy, Clone Wars, and . . . . . . . well pretty much everything I guess =p
My, I'm longing for the last Potter book. We buy it in Englihs - none in my family can wait for the translation. ^^ But it'll take until next weekend before I get my hands on it, when I'm gonna meet the folks. Hope my little brother has finished reading by then...

I am glad you like the fanfic.

All I can say is that you will not be disappointed (just got done reading it :omfg: )
Looks nice but I think that the Zabrak robes should have darker colors - maybe brown with white? ;) Fine work non the less!:)
I wanted my Padawans to be wearing lighter colors. Especially once I add the dark Jedi who are gonna be wearing a ridiculously amount of black and gray (as any good evil Jedi would), I'll definitely need something to contrast against it, hehehehe.
Aaa - so I see now. Okay then! :D
I am so loving this piece!  Just the poses, expressions and energy--all fantastic!--and this step in the process shows how great it's all going to look when done! Great job with their costumes (I'm ridiculously fond of gauntlets of all kinds! :p )--and the lightsabers are perfect! Cannot WAIT to see the finished piece!

Thanks. I'm glad you like it. I have been neglecting my Padawans here. I have such plans for them. I also need to redo the face tattoos on my Zabrak. I spent over an hour on them and I'm still not happy with them. Once I get through this current Revan trip I'm on, I'll get back to these kids ;) .

"Uh-huh."
